Below are a set of internal applications. I bring extensive experience in researching and designing for associates to be most effective at work.
WebMD Health Services internal product to help internal customer service team more effectively help users of the Daily Habits app(customer-facing) when they call on the phone for help by allowing them to easily find high level information and important details how that user is doing so they can communicate what is needed for those users to understand. The results were a team that was more efficiently and effectively help the customers and an overall more satisfied and engaged customer base.
Banking software for employees to quickly be able to verify the identity of their customer and then be able to help their customers by having the best information and capabilities available based on the multiple scenarios they most commonly face and solutions for the less-common scenarios. Success for this product was measurable by increased efficiency and a better experience for the employees using the software vs. having to use multiple applications to try to help customers.
Custom internal tool allowing a bank associate to manage multiple digital assets and digital campaigns for exterior and interior screens across 300 bank locations and the main bank website. The goal was to help this associate with efficiency to have a high level overview of the status of these assets and to efficiently manage them at a high level and at multiple degrees of detail.
Cisco Partner commerce tool that enabled Cisco partners - who are almost like Cisco employees in that they sell Cisco’s products and services to the customers who actually buy and use the Cisco products. The thinking for this work is very similar to internal enterprise in that I needed to research and understand the details of how these partners actually worked and in-turn design tools that helped simplify their workflows to help them be more efficient and save them time and energy.
30+ billion dollar bank intranet site where I interviewed users across a variety of roles to develop an application that gave them access to their most commonly needed tools and allowed the experience to be customized by job role. Success looked like a tool that made employees jobs easier by being a valuable hub.
